Successful Finance implementation of D365 F&O in Tanzania and Mexico

After extensive preparation, we recently completed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for three of our client's subsidiaries: two in Tanzania and one in Mexico. The migration involved a complete transition and optimization of financial processes and data from Navision to D365 F&O.

The data migration included the following data areas:

• Customers
• Sales representatives
• Vendors
• Outstanding items debtors
• Outstanding items creditors
• Openings balance
• Monthly amounts per main account
• Fixed assets

Our role in this process was both that of project manager and migration manager.
